We declare that we are aware of and comply with the policies and guidelines in force regarding the following social commitments:
- * not to employ anyone under the age of eighteen in night, dangerous or unhealthy work and not to employ anyone under the age of sixteen, in compliance with the provisions of Article 7 (XXXIII) of the Federal Constitution;
- * not to use operations identified as having a significant risk of forced or compulsory labor, or operations related to sexual exploitation;
- * respect for gender equality, considering, valuing and giving women and men access to their rights, benefits, obligations and opportunities on equal terms, with respect and attention to all their diversity.
- * that it does not have employees in its production chain who perform degrading or forced labor, in compliance with the provisions of items III and IV of Article 1 and Item III of Article 5, all of the Federal Constitution.
